Services and Rates

North Berwick Golf Lodge understands that each groups has any number of different requirements and we therefore offer as much, or as little, additional service as your own group requires.

The house is fully serviced on a daily basis. Food and beverage shopping can be organised on your behalf and a host service is available throughout your stay.

Included in your stay at North Berwick Golf Lodge are towels and bed linen, gas central heating, electricity.

Breakfast at The Golf Lodge
Breakfast can be provided to your own choice of service.

Par
For those self catering groups who prefer total privacy during their stay we will arrange a welcome pack on arrival to ensure that you have what you need to start your stay.

Birdie
For those who wish a self service breakfast before leaving in the morning, Tom & Emma will arrange to have a continental breakfast prepared in advance to include fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, Breads, fruit juice & tea and coffee. Hot bacon rolls will be delivered to the lodge each morning at a time suitable for the group. They will then clear away breakfast and do a general tidy of the house each morning.

Eagle
North Berwick Golf Lodge can also provide a hearty Scottish Breakfast cooked to order in the comfort of the Lodge to set you up for the day ahead, to include a selection of Cereals, Porridge, Fresh Fruits, Juices, Yoghurts, Breads and a selection of hot items from the breakfast menu.

FINE DINING

Tom is an award winning chef with 2 coveted AA Rosettes. He would be delighted to prepare a set choice Dinner for your party in the comfort and privacy of the Golf Lodge.

We can also purchase on your behalf Wines to complement Dinner, or alternatively you are welcome to bring your own selection of wines, for which there is no Corkage charge.

North Berwick Golf Lodge operates a strict No Smoking policy as per recent legislation and unfortunately we do not accommodate pets.

HOW TO BOOK

Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or e-mail and are held for seven7 days.

To confirm the booking, a non refundable deposit of 20% is required which can be made by Credit or debit card, by cheque or bank transfer.

The balance of your booking is required 8 weeks prior to arrival along with a damage and key loss deposit of £250. This further deposit is returned to you once the departure check has been carried out and Lodge keys have been returned.

In the event of cancellation within 56 days of your arrival, 75% of your total booking fee is liable.

In the event of cancellation within 42 days of arrival, the full booking fee is non refundable.

We would always recommend that you check that you have appropriate cancellation insurance to cover all eventualities as we have to strictly enforce our cancellation policy.

Terms and Conditions
Full terms and conditions are available on request but the Client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property and its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects in or on the property and leave them in the same state of repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.

Breakages or damage
The Client is legally bound to notify the owners of North Berwick Golf Lodge of any breakages or damage to the property and reimburse them for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.

Liability
North Berwick Golf Lodge does not accept third party liability in respect of breach of contract, negligence, misrepresentation or otherwise.
