Situated in one of the most exclusive areas on the Costa Del Sol, Los Arqueros is nestled a short distance up the Ronda road from Puerto Banus where the views over the Andalusian hills and the Mediterranean are breath taking. The country club hosts one of the most challenging courses in the area, designed by Seve Ballesteros. Other facilities include a Driving Range ,Club House/Restaurant-Bar, Tennis & Squash Courts, Sauna & Gymnasium and Children's Play Area.

The apartment consists of Master Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom, 2 further Bedrooms ( all of which can be made up as Double or Twin beds ), Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and adjoining utility room with laundry appliances, open plan lounge with t.v. & stereo and separate dining area. An air conditioning / heating system is fitted throughout.

Two of the bedrooms lead onto separate south facing verandas, the largest of which is also accessed by patio doors from the lounge. This veranda which overlooks the swimming pool has a large dinning table where you can sit and enjoy the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and North Africa.

The third bedroom overlooks the 9th green and onto the 1st tee with the Clubhouse being only 150 yards away from the apartment.

The benefit of the location is having complete tranquillity 24 hours per day whilst only 10 minutes drive away is Puerto Banus where you can sit in one of the many waterside bars or restaurants and watch the world go by, where the entertainment at night, should you choose ,can carry on well into the small hours.
